If you are not able to use the NHS App, please use your Airmid account which allows you online services access to link to your SystmOnline account. You can access that at www.systmonline.tpp-uk.com.

If you are not able to use the recommended online services, you may order a repeat prescription using this form. The estimated waiting time before you can collect is 3 working days. You will be sent a clear SMS text message when your medication is ready for collection.

Please note: the system may send you an SMS message once the site dispensary has received or is processing your request, but this is not informing you that your medication is ready for collection (only that it is in the queue to be made up). Please wait for a clear SMS message saying your medication is ready to be collected before coming to the dispensary (this will save you an unnecessary trip).
