Exciting News: Welcoming Dr Daniel Chapman to The Orchard Partnership

We are delighted to announce that Dr Daniel Chapman will be joining The Orchard Partnership as a new GP Partner at the start of February 2026, following the retirement of Dr Hugh Bond.

Dr Chapman will be predominantly based at Cherry Orchard Surgery in Codford, and his usual working days will be Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Here’s a message from Dr Chapman:

“I am delighted to be joining The Orchard Partnership as a new GP partner following Dr Hugh Bond’s retirement.

I initially studied neuroscience at Nottingham University before completing my postgraduate medical degree at Swansea University. Alongside my work as a GP, I also practice as a GP with an extended role in the ENT department at Salisbury District Hospital.

I have a passion for longevity medicine and for supporting patients to not only live longer, but to live healthier and more enjoyable lives—an aspect I feel modern medicine sometimes overlooks.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children who love being outside fossil hunting, camping and cycling.

I am incredibly excited to get to know the local community and will do my very best to make a positive difference in the lives of the people I meet.”

We are thrilled to welcome Dr Chapman to our team and look forward to the expertise and enthusiasm he will bring to our patients and community.
